Hi all, well I have a single bedroom flat in KPHB. The locality is good and pretty close to Hitech city..Am living alone presently and I would like to find a room mate among you guys by the end of this month.The rent what I pay is 3600 as of now.. maintainence for the apartment will be an extra 300 pm...So we can share it and I hope that will be fine.

I am a cool guy but initially reserved. cleanliness is a priority...respect my privacy for the first few days..and after that we ll be friends I guess...Am OK with both genders (as if some girls are also waiting for me, but hope yaa.that is all we can do, right, constant hope).
English,Hindi and Telugu are fine with me..Tamils need not bother about this ad..Am sorry for being rude..but had some bad experience guys..
